RankersPrep Education

By subscribing to or using any of our services/products, the user agrees that they have read, understood, and are bound by the terms, regardless of how they subscribe to or use the services. We reserve the right to make changes as and when required in these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a user does not want to be bound by the terms, they must not subscribe to, or use our services. The order for purchase shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
 

By submitting the pre and post-registration information by the user ( collectively, "User Information"), we are having Automatic and standing consent from the user a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, license to use, publish, publicly display their information for promotions in all languages, forms, and media on the Site and other modes. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to edit, modify, and/or remove their Content without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for their Content/Information, and they agree and represent that they can’t:

  • Share the information provided to them by RankersPrep to the third party community.

  • Blame the RankersPrep community if the user is not satisfied with the final exam results.

RankersPrep Community is assuming that:​

  • The student paying the fees has consulted with his parent/guardian about the course enrollment he/she did with RankersPrep.

  • The student is psychologically fit. And telling everything to mentors is true. 

  • the work and plan assigned to the user are followed as planned.

The user is aware about RankersPrep that:

  • RankersPrep is not a registered community right now and solely doing our work independently and we do not belong to any Institute or any other educational or any other service provider.

  • The material provided to the user is collected by RankersPrep from various sources provided on the internet.

  • The package for which the user is paying to RankersPrep only includes the services i.e. Planning for JEE/NEET/Board, Guidance, Motivation, Personal assistance.                  

  • RankersPrep will provide its services according to the respective package (course) selected by the student and once the duration of that course is over, the student needs to renew in order to continue the services.                

  • Mentors can ask any kind of questions related to the past, family, and others. To answer or not answer that is completely a student choice.

  • Mentor will guide his/her best, Mentor will only guide student/Parent what can be best as per his/her experience. To follow or not follow that is completely a student choice.

  • The mentor is only for help. If any kind of negative actions are taken by students, then Mentor or RankersPrep will not be responsible.

  • By clicking on I agree you are giving consent to RankersPrep that they have read, understood, and are bound by the terms, regardless of how they subscribe to or use the services.

Refund Policy

  • We value your money. Our every plan comes with 3 days money-back guarantee with no question asked.​

  • If membership is discontinued or refund is requested by the user or the user is not satisfied by our services before its end date(after refund period),  then the user will be charged according to the Gross price(i.e. without discounted price) that is 

    • INR 1500/month for Sugamya Plans.

    • INR 2500/month for Subodh Plans.
      The rest of the money will be refunded within 7 business days after RankersPrep receives your refund request.

  • Note that the Refund Policy is not applicable for RankersPrep Abhyas.

For Employee/Mentor/Intern/Team Member: 

  • Note that by signing an offer letter for any position/responsibility at RankersPrep Education, Employee / intern agrees that they have read, understood, and are bound by the following Agreement : CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT. Some highlights of the Agreement are :-

  • In case you want to discontinue RankersPrep in any circumstances, you are bound to give 10 days prior notice to RankersPrep.

  • All the contacts, information, data shared by RankersPrep are to be kept confidential. Even after termination, legal actions might proceed in case of violation of confidentiality.

  •  All the transactions are to be made on the website only. Indulging in any kind of a transaction with students on the name of RankersPrep might lead to severe actions like legal proceedings and a fine of ₹10,000/-.

  • You cannot use the name, logo, information, data of RankersPrep for personal benefits. Using name, logo, information, data directly or indirectly in any means will require written permission from the authorities. 

  • RankersPrep will take severe actions in case of violation of our CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT.
